Medical aid payments
Medical aid payments are accepted. Your account may be submitted to your medical aid scheme on your behalf. Medical aid rates are charged and may vary according to each condition and treatment used.
Private payments
We accept fixed cash price payments for private clients or for clients without Biokinetics medical aid benefits. Payment can be made via card or EFT.
Cancellation policy
Your appointment time is set aside specifically for you once it has been scheduled. For this reason, if you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Please be aware that I reserve the right to impose a cancellation fee for appointments missed without notice or for late cancellations on the day of the appointment.
Appointments
- Client must arrive 15 minutes early to avoid being late for their appointment.
- They must change into their exercise clothes and warm up as prescribed by their program.
- Late appointments by 15 minutes will be cancelled and deemed as redeemed session/client will be responsible to pay for the session.
